TechAmerica uses iContact to send emails to their contacts inside SalesForce. But unfortunately iContact does not have a robust audience generator to suit TechAmerica’s needs.
So I built a tool to enable staff to create email audiences based on SalesForce campaigns, committees or reports. With a few clicks of a button staff can now easily ensure their emails are going to the right users. They can also create HTML email using a WYSIWYG editor, edit a number of canned templates, or send plain text emails.
All the data is stored in SalesForce and ready to be sent via iContact. And because the data originates in SalesForce, our staff/executives can easily track and view all communication by many different options. Open rates have improved significantly. Spam and bounce backs have decreased.
